For Earl Ofari Hutchinson (Commentary, April 15) to suggest that Jeff Horton and George Kiriyama might have retained their Los Angeles school board seats if they had had a “race card” to play is offensive. It is an affront to all involved in the contest. In Hutchinson’s faulty logic there were no winners, only losers.
