The five-member Vision Planning Committee will meet in the Police Department conference room, 505 Forest Ave., at 4 p.m. Tuesday. The council-appointed group aims to take a few months to recommend how the city should function over the next 20 to 30 years, said Sanford Groves, deputy city manager and committee liaison to the council.
