Red Hill Lutheran Cooks Up Benefit

Red Hill Lutheran School will hold its 10th annual Western BBQ & Country Dance tonight, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Nearly 750 people are expected to attend the fund-raiser to benefit the Dick Hamilton Scholarship Fund, which helps students with financial problems to attend the private school.
Dinner will be cooked by Burrell’s Barbecue and the Red Hill Lutheran School board. The benefit will include dance lessons, hayrides and a petting zoo.
Tickets are $13.50 for adults and $6.50 for children. The school is at 13200 Red Hill Ave., between 1st Street and Irvine Boulevard. Information: (714) 544-3132.
