Easyrider’s Debut

Shares of Easyrider, a new company that operates restaurants and provides products and publications for motorcycle enthusiasts, closed at $4.13 Thursday in their debut on the American Stock Exchange. The company was created from the merger of Newport-based Newriders Inc. with Agoura-based Paisano Publications and the small El Paso Bar-B-Que restaurant chain. The company will be based in Agoura.
