A warning to all my Westlake neighbors in Thousand Oaks: We don’t share the city’s waste water system, so the city flat refuses to share with us the information distributed to the other two-thirds of Thousand Oaks. But watch them work it so that we do share in the mighty cost of the sewer-related lawsuits and threatened substantial penalties.
