A bicyclist was struck and killed by a suspected drunk driver who fled the scene but was later arrested by Tustin police, authorities said Sunday.
Investigators said Mark Cislo, 37, of San Clemente was driving north on Redhill Avenue about 10:45 p.m. Saturday when his vehicle swerved into a man on a bike. The cyclist, Pablo Orozco, 23, of Santa Ana, was taken to Western Medical Center-Santa Ana, where he died.
Cislo left the scene of the accident and proceeded to the Tustin Marine Corps Air Facility, where he was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and drunk driving. However, Cislo is not a Marine, a base spokeswoman said.
