Regarding “Public Clinics Offer Low-Cost Vaccines” (The Healthy Traveler, March 30): Why should county and city taxes be used to subsidize vaccinations for people traveling overseas? Vaccinations should be considered part of the cost of the trip. County and city taxes for health facilities should be for those who truly need this care.
