3 Men Held on Drug, Weapons Charges

Ventura police arrested three men outside a local motel on a fugitive warrant as well as suspicion of drug possession and possession of firearms and explosives, authorities said.

Michael Trisler, 32, and Jeffrey McLean, 32, both of Ventura, and Robert Gialloreto, 24, of Oxnard were taken into custody about 8 p.m. Friday outside the La Quinta Inn at 5818 Valentine Road.

According to police, officers had been investigating Trisler for suspected methamphetamine sales at the motel. Trisler, who was living at the motel, also was wanted for parole violations, police said. He was taken into custody after a brief struggle, police said.
