WNC Buys Properties in Sacramento, L.A.

COSTA MESA — Affordable housing investor WNC & Associates Inc. has purchased three California properties with funds from a $27-million offering.
The company purchased 184-unit Cordova Meadows and 68-unit Olive Woods apartments, both in Sacramento, and L.A. Townhomes, a seven-unit complex in Los Angeles. The company said it plans to buy three other California properties with the remaining funds.
