Personnel Services Firm Is Sold to Another

Vicki Heston Personnel Services of Irvine has been acquired by PDQ Personnel Services, the largest Los Angeles-based staffing service. PDQ’s chief executive, Patty DeDominic, said PDQ hopes to make more such deals on the West Coast.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Orange County company will do business as Vicki Heston PDQ Staffing, a PDQ Organization, with Heston herself staying on as vice chairwoman of the new company.
Heston and DeDominic both say they expect the bigger-is-better trend to continue among staffing services.
