Private Schools Deserve Help Too

James Flanigan’s column “Unnecessary Arguments” [April 30] on business efforts to improve the job readiness of high school graduates omitted any reference to private schools. Since private schools, even in the poorest areas, do better at graduating employable students than the wasteful, top-heavy public school bureaucracy, and at much less cost per pupil, what is business doing to help the kids in schools where religion-based morality and discipline may be taught?
