Talbert Medical Completes Its Spinoff From FHP

COSTA MESA — Talbert Medical Management Holdings Corp. said its spinoff from FHP International Corp. has been completed.
The spinoff of Talbert, a physician management company, was part of PacifiCare Health Systems Inc.’s acquisition of FHP, which closed Feb. 13.
Talbert, through its affiliated medical and dental groups, provides services in 52 medical centers in Southern California, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada.
