Comarco Inc.: The Yorba Linda provider of wireless communications products and engineering, management and staffing services reported profit of $1.1 million, or 21 cents a share, for the first fiscal quarter, unchanged from the year-earlier period. Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 increased 23% to $20.1 million from $16.4 million. The company attributed the flat earnings to expenses associated with establishing new international sales offices, moving to a larger facility, integrating two recent acquisitions, and establishing the capacity for increased sales.
