Senior Center Holding North Lake Walk

Lakeview Senior Center is inviting seniors and their families to a 1 1/2-mile walk around North Lake today.

The event helps promote a positive image of aging, organizers said.

The walk will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the center, which is at 20 Lake Road.

Breakfast will be served afterward, and guided tours of the senior center and Irvine Adult Day Health Care Center will be offered.

The registration fee is $5.
