Alyn Will Supply Material for Golf Clubs

IRVINE — Alyn Corp. said Wednesday it has signed an exclusive multiyear agreement to supply material for golf club shafts made by True Temper Sports, a unit of Black & Decker Corp. Specific terms were not disclosed.
Alyn manufactures and markets consumer and industrial products using Boralyn, a metal matrix composite material. Alyn said the first shipment of shafts made with its Boralyn compound is expected in the fourth quarter.
