U.S. Facilities Changes Name, Symbol

COSTA MESA — Insurance holding company U.S. Facilities Corp. received shareholder approval Wednesday to change its name to Centris Group Inc. The company’s new trading symbol on the New York Stock Exchange will be CGE, beginning today.
The company said its operating units--USBenefits Insurance Services Inc., USF Re Insurance Co. and USF Insurance Co.--will continue to operate under their current names for now.
