All the Right Moves

SPECIAL TO THE TIMES

There aren’t many things in life that are more traumatic than moving. It’s not just all those decisions and an enormous amount of physical work. Over the years the moving companies have added to the anxiety with a string of disasters. Is there anyone who doesn’t have a horror story connected with a move?

Well, here comes Let’s Move It Right and what seems to be a giant step in the right direction. I haven’t personally used them, because I haven’t moved in many years. But judging from the stacks of letters from happy customers, this company has found some answers.

First, let’s start with the rates. Two men for one hour are a flat $65, which is at the low end of a $65-$80 range for other moving companies. Deduct from that a 5% discount for AAA members and another 2% for seniors. And here are the free services: use of wardrobe boxes, box delivery and storage for up to one month on long-distance moves.

The rates are the same on weekends as on weekdays, and the service is available on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week, including estimates.

Here are some of the comments. This one from a physician: “All of my possessions arrived without even a scratch on any item, and the sensitive electronic devices work perfectly.”

From a couple who moved to Vegas: “We had no idea how much you would do for us. We were thrilled.” And “thanks again for making a potentially stressful situation hassle-free.”

And this from a fellow who has used Let’s Move It Right on three occasions: “In each case they have done an excellent job. The crews are very professional and show unusual care and concern.”

Other comments: “Exceeded my goals!” and “I’ll be recommending you to all of my colleagues.”

So if you are facing a move, it might be worth it to give them a call. Let’s Move It Right. (818) 504-6296.
