Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana designer and manufacturer of specialty lighting and related products reported that net income for the second fiscal quarter rose to $153,639, or 4 cents a share, from $18,726 for the like period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 increased 73% to a record $2.6 million from $1.5 million. First-half net income climbed to $224,191, or 6 cents a share, from $77,872, or 2 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was up 55% to $4.5 million from $2.9 million.
