The NHL will hold a drawing today in New York to determine the order of selection for the first 10 picks of the June 21 draft.
In the weighted lottery system, the Boston Bruins have the best chance of getting the No. 1 pick at 30% because they had the worst record in the league this season.
The Kings, who had the third-worst record, have a 15% chance of getting the No. 1 pick.
