Commander in Chief Should Give This Order

If President Clinton is really serious about making golf available to citizens who cannot afford fees, all he has to do is issue an executive order to open all courses operated by the military.
After all, we, the taxpayers, support those facilities and I’m sure there are many tee times available. Doesn’t this also fit the spirit of volunteerism?
