Los Alamitos and La Habra can clinch shares of league titles with victories today. Los Alamitos (16-5, 7-0) plays host to second-place Marina (13-8-1, 6-1) in a Sunset League game. La Habra (18-6, 7-0) plays at Sonora (19-7, 6-1) with a Freeway title at stake. Two league games remain in the season.
The best game this week might be Saturday at Thousand Oaks Community Center Park, where Mater Dei (22-4), ranked second nationally, plays Santa Maria Righetti, which is ranked fourth.
Tuesday, the South Coast League title should be decided when Mater Dei plays at San Clemente.
