Alternatives Offered for Ducks’ Game

The Fox Sports West 2 telecast of tonight’s Mighty Duck-Detroit playoff game will be carried on an alternate channel by 51 cable systems representing 20 companies.
For example, on Century in Brea the game will be on Channel 16; on Century in Anaheim and Cox in other Orange County communities, it’s Channel 3, and on Time Warner in Huntington Beach and Orange it’s Channel 78.
Only one major company, Continental Cablevision, the Southland’s largest, will not pick up the West 2 feed of the game telecast.
Perry Parks, regional vice president for Continental, said Wednesday that his company didn’t have time to set up to take the feed.
