Baby Basics Class Aids New Mothers

A four-week class for new mothers and new babies begins this evening at St. John’s Pleasant Valley Hospital.
Parent educator Anne Hansen will discuss baby basics, including eating, sleeping, playing, adjusting to parenting and returning to work.
“Even if this is your second or third baby, the class offers practical tips as well as deals with emotional issues,” Hansen said.
The class is for moms and babies up to 6 months. Call 389-5176 to register. Class will be held in Classroom 1, St. John’s Regional Medical Center, 2309 Antonio Ave., Camarillo.
