The Ventura County Leadership Academy will conduct its second graduation ceremony at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday.
Graduates completed a nine-month program that included group discussions, site visits, seminars and independent research focusing on issues that affect the quality of life in Ventura County.
