Re the April 11 article on execution of 13-year-olds: If Assembly Speaker Cruz Bustamante and Gov. Pete Wilson want to execute children who are born into crime, let them make the selection of which ones die.
Better stop that TV ad that says we could have saved the kid if someone had cared.
