ANAHEIM — Boston-based Amresco Advisors has purchased a portfolio of 10 industrial properties, mostly in Orange County, from TRST California Inc., an affiliate of Teachers’ Retirement System of Texas, for $38.5 million.
The Orange County properties include Tower Park, a four-building business park on Euclid Avenue in Anaheim, a warehouse in Anaheim and Acacia Business Center in Fullerton. Amresco has retained Irvine-based Sares-Regis Group to manage and lease the properties, which are 97% occupied.
