‘Untold Story of Gospel Music’ Adds Performances

Performances have been added for the gospel musical play “Precious Lord--the Untold Story of Gospel Music,” at the West Angeles Christian Arts Center, 3020 S. Crenshaw Blvd., Los Angeles.
The play depicts the life of the late gospel songwriter Thomas A. Dorsey.
Performances now include a 3 p.m. matinee on May 3, followed by an 8 p.m. show, and another at 4 p.m. on May 4. Matinee tickets are $18.50. Evening tickets are $22.50.
