Forum Will Address El Toro Base’s Future

The future of the El Toro Marine Corps Air Station will be the subject of a forum tonight by the Committees of Correspondence, a countywide government watchdog group.
Newport Beach Councilman Thomas C. Edwards, attorney Tom Whaling, activist Roland Bocher and OC Weekly editor Will Swaim will be among the panelists discussing the contentious issue.
