After the conversion plans were unveiled, supervisors had these comments:
“I’m beginning to wonder if Handel Evans is a developer or a university president. This strikes me as something that’s not really a university; it’s a way to use land for development purposes. I don’t really know what the mission is here. It seems confused.”
