Medstone Buys 60% Interest in Idaho Firm

ALISO VIEJO — Medstone International Inc. said Wednesday that it has acquired a 60% interest in Intermountain Lithotripsy Inc. for $2.3 million. Intermountain provides kidney-stone shock-wave therapy services in southern Idaho. Medstone provides lithotripsy for the treatment of kidney stones.
