Death of Comatose Rape Victim Told

A 30-year-old comatose woman who was raped by a nursing home worker and gave birth to a child has died, a newspaper reported. The woman, identified only as Kathy, died in the last two days at a health care facility in upstate New York, the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle reported, citing unnamed sources. Her son, to whom she gave birth after being raped, is a year old. John Horace was convicted last month of raping the woman at a care center.
