4th Suspect Held in Supremacist Attacks

With the prosecution about to rest in the Spokane, Wash., trial of three white supremacists accused of two 1996 bombings and bank robberies, FBI agents arrested a fourth suspect they had long been seeking. Brian Ratigan, 38, of Sandpoint, Ida., was arrested as he was about to board a train for Albany, N.Y., with his wife and two children, FBI officials said. He did not resist arrest and was charged with conspiracy and bank robbery stemming from the attacks in April and July, which prosecutors say were motivated by the right-wing beliefs of the men.
