Irvine’s Telmar Corp. Has Suitor

IRVINE — Telmar Corp. is in discussions to be acquired by Staruni Corp. for $15.5 million in cash and securities, Staruni said Thursday. Irvine-based Telmar, a telecommunications equipment reseller, reported earnings of $2.3 million on sales of $15 million for its last fiscal year.
Staruni is a computer and office care products company.
