4 Alleged Thieves Caught After Chase

VENTURA — Four juveniles were arrested Wednesday night for allegedly stealing nearly $400 worth of clothing from a Ventura store, police said.
Officers were flagged down outside the Working Man’s Depot in downtown Ventura and ended up in a brief pursuit with the suspects.
The four youths, apparently from Oxnard, were arrested when they drove their car into a dead-end street.
The clothing was recovered from the car and the suspects, who are all 16 years old, were booked on suspicion of robbery and burglary at Juvenile Hall.
