SEASON AT A GLANCE: The UC Santa Barbara-bound Greathouse was averaging a team-high 18.9 points and 11.5 rebounds entering Tuesday night’s Southern California Regional opener.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: The 6-2 center led Buena to its second consecutive Southern Section Division I-A title by scoring 36 points and grabbing 27 rebounds in last week’s semifinals and final. Greathouse had 18 points and 17 rebounds in a 51-50 semifinal victory over Mater Dei and 18 points and 10 rebounds in a 59-55 victory over Crescenta Valley in the final. “She has a lot of experience and she is an intimidating player, both by her size and her intensity,” Coach Joe Vaughan said. “She is competitive.”
