Linens-N-Things Signs Lease for Camarillo Town Center

Linens-N-Things will join Target, Staples, Ross Dress for Less, Oshman’s Supersports and Petco at Camarillo Town Center at Las Posas Road and the Ventura Freeway.
Linens-N-Things has signed a lease to construct a 36,000-square-foot store, expected to open this summer.
Oshman’s Supersports, which is constructing a 55,000-square-foot facility, is scheduled to open in May.
Handling the deal with Linens-N-Things was CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura.
