Litton Completes Racal Marine Group Acquisition

Litton Industries Inc., a Woodland Hills defense contractor, said it has completed the acquisition of the British contractor Racal Marine Group from Racal Electronics PLC for $49 million.
Racal Marine Group has annual sales of about $100 million and specializes in marine radar.
