Wells Fargo Leases Office in Oxnard Financial Plaza

Wells Fargo Bank has opened a trust department office at 300 Esplanade Drive in the Oxnard Financial Plaza.
CB Commercial Real Estate represented the property owners, Channel Islands Properties, in the bank’s lease of the 2,500-square-foot office. Capital Commercial represented Wells Fargo.
The total value of the five-year lease is more than $300,000.
