Term Limits

I believe the term limits that took effect last year helped Democrats retake the state Assembly, increase the diversity of Assembly Democrats and elect a Latino speaker. Maybe term limits on the federal level will help Democrats retake the House of Representatives and Senate and increase the diversity of both houses at an accelerated level more truly reflecting the changing face of America.
