Upset by Changes in Neighborhood

As a resident of the neighborhood for more than 36 years, I am more than upset at the changes that have taken place within the community. The latest one responsible for my anger is the proposed opening of the Pelican Theater, a nude juice bar.
Why the so-called powers that be allow this type of commercial business to operate and why there has not been more of an outcry is beyond comprehension.
