Granite Financial IPO Shares Priced at $7.50

WESTMINSTER — Granite Financial Inc.’s initial public stock offering was priced at $7.50 Thursday, near the top of the price range that the company had expected.
The company, which provides equipment lease financing, had expected the 1.5 million shares to be offered at $6 to $8 each. The offering was priced through underwriters led by Cruttenden Roth Inc.
