A day after winning the 132-pound division of the USA Cadet Greco-Roman National Championship in Fargo, N.D., Patrick Cadwallader of Anaheim won a freestyle title at the same weight Friday, beating Wes Sindlinger of Pennsylvania, 4-3, in the final.

Cadwallader, who will be a junior at Brethren Christian High School, was a second-team Times all-county pick in 1996. He competed in the 15-16 age division, which had more than 120 participants.
