Free Program Designed for Diabetics, Families

A free educational program for diabetics and their families will be offered Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the doctors’ dining room at La Palma Intercommunity Hospital, 7901 Walker Ave.
Called “Diabetes Management,” the session will be conducted by hospital staff members to “provide helpful tips on meal planning and exercise, as well as important information about medication,” a hospital spokeswoman said.
