A poem by 8-year-old Brian Pugach has been published in “A Delicate Balance,” an anthology compiled by the National Library of Poetry.
Pugach, a second-grade student at Laguna Road Elementary School, titled his first published work “My Heart.”
The poem was a winner in a contest by the National Library of Poetry, which seeks to discover and encourage poets by publishing their work in widely distributed hardback volumes.
