Plan to Reroute Students Criticized : Changing School Boundaries

Ventura Unified School District officials are proposing to change school attendance boundaries for three areas in the city. High school students living in areas 1,2 and 3 would be reassigned from Buena High to Ventura High under the recommendation. Middle school students living in area 2 would go to Cabrillo Middle instead of Balboa Middle. About 460 students will be affected by the changes, schedules to take effect this September.

A. Cabrillo Middle School
B. Ventura High School
C. Buena High School
D. Balboa Middle School
