I know that Randy Lewis’ list of Christmas music (Holiday Gift Guide, Nov. 26) focused on new releases, but might I add “A Charlie Brown Christmas” by Vince Guaraldi? The pianist’s interpretation conjures up images of skating, catching snowflakes on your tongue and decorating Christmas trees. Whenever I need a holiday pick-me-up, I just listen to Guaraldi’s rendition of “Hark, the Herald Angels Sing” and remember Linus’ speech about what Christmas is all about.
