Valleywide : Zoning Hearings Will Decide Range of Issues

Several city zoning hearings, covering proposals ranging from cellular-phone antennas to a horse stable, will be held within the next few weeks at the Sherman Oaks Woman’s Club, 4808 Kester Ave. in Sherman Oaks, or at 201 N. Figueroa St., Room 170, in Downtown Los Angeles.
Zoning officials will consider the following requests.
* A conditional-use permit to allow the construction of cellular-phone antennas and other telecommunications equipment at 12711 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City. The hearing will be held at 10 a.m., Dec. 8 in Sherman Oaks.
* A conditional-use permit to allow the installation of cellular-phone antennas and other telecommunications equipment on a building at 21340 Devonshire St. in Chatsworth. The hearing will be held at 10:30 a.m., Dec. 8 in Sherman Oaks.
* A conditional-use permit for a stable accommodating 25 horses at 13665 Polk St. in Sylmar. The hearing will be held Downtown at 9:30 a.m., Dec. 12.
