American Health Services Corp.: The Newport Beach diagnostic imaging company reported a third-quarter net loss of $187,641, or 2 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $192,303, or 2 cents a share, for the prior-year period. Revenue rose slightly to $9.2 million from $9.1 million. The company posted a net loss of $562,021, or 6 cents a share, for the first three quarters. A year ago, American Health had a net loss of $479,333, or 5 cents a share, which included an extraordinary gain of $305,985 from restructuring long-term debt. Revenue was up 2% to $28.3 million from $27.7 million.
