“An Evening of Dance,” presented by a Ventura College dance performance class, will feature an array of talent during a varied program that will be staged at 8 p.m. today and Friday at the Poinsettia Pavilion. Besides student works, the concert will include performances by Ballet Drala, featuring two pieces by professional dancers. Buenaventura Ballet will present a modern ballet piece dedicated to Holocaust victims and a theatrical jazz piece from West Side Story, and the Pure Joy Moving Company will perform a tap number and more. The pavilion is at 3451 Foothill Road, Ventura. Both nights will include a dessert bar and beverages. Tickets: $10, $8 senior citizens and students. Information: 654-6462.
