San Fernando 35, Poly 9--Keijuan Douglas passed for 122 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 131 yards and another touchdown as San Fernando (1-2) breezed at home.
Poly (0-3) accumulated only 85 yards and had minus-18 yards rushing. The Parrots also were penalized 13 times for 136 yards. Poly quarterback Jelani Ogle was a bright spot. He passed for 93 yards, completing 11 of 25.
San Fernando tailback Brandon Campbell broke the 100-yard barrier for the third consecutive game. He rushed for 123 yards, including touchdowns covering 20 and 60 yards, in seven carries.
Leaford Hackett caught six passes for 37 yards and scored Poly’s only touchdown on a 21-yard pass from Ogle midway through the fourth quarter.
